We suggest sizing up for longer torsos and bigger busts.

I've had a mastectomy - which styles do you recommend for someone who hasn't had reconstruction?
We have many customers who do not have breast tissue enjoy our styles. You can shop a number of options in bralettes, bodysuits, slips and sleepwear to find something for your unique style and shape.
The most popular choices are styles that hug the chest and can lay flat without bulging.

Can I make changes to my order?
Typically we are unable to make edits or cancellations to your order once we have received it. Our warehouse works very quickly and so there is almost no time to make changes.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience here. You do have 30 days to arrange a return or exchange for any incorrect items after your order is received however.

Period Panty FAQs

FIRST TIME TIPS
Wear at home to get familiar with how your flow is absorbed by the panty.
Change your panty when it starts to feel heavy, or anytime you want a reset.
Carry a spare in a waterproof bag, and pop the used one inside when you switch.
How to care for period panties
T&S period panties are low effort, high reward.
- Rinse in running water after use
- Gentle machine wash inside your T&S lingerie bag (the bag comes free with your period panties)
- Regular detergents are fine, avoid fabric softener
- Hang to dry
- Do not dry clean
- Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean
- Wash before your first wear
Should I soak them after wear?
Soaking isn't recommended and rinsing under running water is far more effective. Then gentle machine wash to and line dry.
How long do period panties last?
The lifespan is typically 2-5 years with proper care.
Safety and testing
We take your safety seriously. We do not intentionally add PFAS to our products. Our materials have been independently tested and no detectable PFAS were found.
