The Role
The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing e-commerce and marketing activities by coordinating efforts internally as well as with external vendors. This role is the primary contact for managing digital product releases as well as broader updates to the e-commerce site. This role leads efforts related to email and text campaigns, social media engagement and advertising. The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for generating content as well as leading efforts to procure content. This role is extremely customer-focused and understands what makes our customers tick. As we are a small team, this role may also flex from time to time to provide support to other team members.
  E-Commerce Site Management
  • Lead all efforts related to management of the e-commerce site to support revenue growth, drive conversion, and improve the customer purchase journey.
  • Analyze and recap DTC sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Use data to reforecast growth and identify opportunities for the future.
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize site design to reduce friction throughout the customer experience journey.
  • Building out new products and collections on website including development of copy and uploading imagery.
  • Helping craft the visual story of the brand through the website design and visual content uploaded.
  • Assisting with decisions and execution of promotions such as flash sales or holiday sales.
  • Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.
  • Regular audits and updates for mobile and desktop, site validations, enhancements.
  • Determine EOS markdown cadence and promotional levers.
  Digital Marketing & Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners and external vendors to ensure a strong customer acquisition pipeline to support brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Review conversion metrics and partner with third parties (i.e. Facebook, Google, etc.) to proactively address potential inhibitors to success and identify areas for optimization.
  • Launch and monitor all paid digital ad campaigns.
  • Develop and implement email and text campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Identify trends in social media engagement to maximize engagement for future content.
  • Drive implementation of processes related to new product introductions, process improvements, etc.
  • Upload content in relevant social media platforms (i.e., Instagram) and identify trends in engagement to maximize engagement for future content.
  • Regularly maintain e-mail recipients list to optimize for growth and remove inactive members.
  • Stay up to date on latest industry trends regarding social media marketing, engagement, and advertising.
  • Launch and monitor all paid digital ad campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a related function
  • Ideal Candidate is familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to research information, solve challenging problems, and coordinate projects under tight time constraints with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to learn new systems quickly
