We hope you’re feelin’ yourself in your Thistle and Spire. If you’re unsatisfied with your order in any way, we’ve got you (un)covered.

Enjoy seamless Returns within 30 days - just submit online and drop your item(s) at a location near you or mail it back to us. Exchanges are also available for U.S. orders.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

Just like our lingerie, we make sure every moment shopping with us can be customized to fit you *just right*. 

  • You can choose to add $2 at checkout to get totally free Returns and Exchanges, or pay a $8 fee later if you’re not totally happy with your new look.

We proudly partner with Happy Returns to be sure there’s a convenient Return Bar location near you, or you can drop off at any post office or stores affiliated with our shipping carriers.

Canada, UK and Australia

We're pleased to offer return coverage to our customers in these countries.

  • You can choose to add $3.98 USD at checkout to get totally free returns.

    Simply submit your return request through our returns portal, and we'll provide you with a complimentary label to send your items back to us.

  • If you do not purchase return coverage, a $20 USD shipping label fee will apply later if you’re not totally happy with your new look.

EU Countries

14 Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the EU, you can cancel any order within 14 days, for any reason. Learn more at Section 23 of our Terms.

A $20 return shipping label fee will apply.

30 Day Returns

You can still return eligible items within 30 days too - just choose whether to submit a Withdrawal or 30 day return below. (30 day returns exclude Sale and items marked Final Sale.)

U.S. & International Terms & Conditions

  • You have up to 30 days after delivery to process your return or exchange.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations. Merchandise must have all original tags and packaging including hygiene stickers for panties and bodysuits. *Please try on your new panties and bodysuits with underwear on.
  • The original mailer you received your order in can be re-used to send your return back. Simply remove the tape on the 2nd adhesive strip and seal.
  • Happy Returns Authorization: Each item returned must be accounted for to activate your credit or refund.
  • We are unable to process refunds for items that are returned without authorization.
  • Discounted Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchanges only (excludes items marked "FINAL SALE) (excludes EU orders exercising Right of Withdrawal). Sale items are all discounted items within our 'Sale' collection.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, pasties, body chains, and items marked FINAL SALE.
  • Returns that don’t comply with Thistle and Spire's returns policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
