U.S. Returns & Exchanges

  • Enjoy FREE exchanges and returns for store credit.
  • Returns that are refunded to the original payment method, will incur a $5 restocking fee.

    • We’re proudly partnering with Happy Returns to offer you the most seamless and convenient returns experience. We have an easy, online portal and the ability to accept your returns at your nearest Return Bar location. Talk about easy access, right?

    International Returns

    Please contact us at hello@thistleandspire.com to arrange your return.

    • Products returned for store credit are processed free of charge. International returns that are refunded to the original payment method, will incur a $20 return fee.
    • We cannot accept exchanges on international orders at this time.

    Terms & Conditions

    • You have up to 30 days after delivery to process your return/exchange.
    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations. Merchandise must have all original tags and packaging including hygiene stickers for panties and bodysuits. *Please try on your new panties and bodysuits with underwear on.
    • The original poly mailer you received your order in can be re-used to send your return back. Simply remove the tape on the 2nd adhesive strip and seal.
    • Each item returned must be accounted for on your Happy Returns Authorization for credit/refunds.
    • We are unable to process refunds for items that are returned without authorization.
    • Any sale* item(s) are eligible for store credit only. Sale items are all discounted items within our 'Sale' tab.
    • If a Sale item was moved to FINAL SALE after your purchase was made, please connect with us at hello@thistleandspire.com and we will override your return with Happy Returns.
    • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, pasties, body chains, and sale items marked FINAL SALE.
    • Returns that don’t comply with Thistle and Spire's returns policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
