    Hey Sister Sister! There's a trick to finding similar bra-sizing with sister sizing.  Sister bras have the same bra cup capacity even though they are different sizes.  Your girls might be happier with sister sizing than your actual measured size depending on the type of bra and the shape of your breasts.  For more details on sister sizing visit Bratabase.com.

     

• Care Instructions

  • Caring for your delicates is well, a delicate matter.  We suggest hand-washing your Thistle & Spire.  We know it's a drag, but high-end laces last the longest when handled with care.

    1.  Dab any stains with mild soap and water and gently rub. (Hook your bra/bodysuit together to keep it from catching or tangling)

    2.  Soak for a few minutes in the sink working suds gently into the fabric and rinse thoroughly.

    3.  Press against a towel to remove excess water.  

    4.  Lay flat to dry (Remember, don't ever put your intimates in the dryer! The heat breaks down the elastic and spandex, making them fall apart sooner.)

    At the end of the day, we hope that you love your lingerie from Thistle & Spire. So, it's our goal to make sure we're doing everything we can to ensure that you're confident and happy with your new pieces. So, if you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of your order, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.

    -We want to make this as easy as possible for you, because who really has time to deal with returns these days? So, if you would like to return an item please reach out to support@thistleandspire.com to receive return authorization and your personalized return label!

    Without return authorization, your package will be returned to you.

    -Once your return is authorized, we will send you a domestic return shipping label*. Using this label authorizes Thistle & Spire to deduct $5.00 from your refund upon receipt of your return.

    -*For international orders, we ask that you provide return shipping. Requesting a return authorizes Thistle & Spire to deduct $5 from your return.

    -To receive your refund, we ask that all products are unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. Merchandise must have all original tags attached and come with its original packaging. Please make sure that panties and bodysuits still have the hygiene sticker intact, because otherwise we won’t be able to accept them.

    -Additionally, we ask that you please try on your new panties and bodysuits with underwear on. If you don’t like how your booty looks in them, just keep the hygienic sticker in place.

    -We only accept items purchased at www.thistleandspire.com

    -We will offer a full refund minus our restocking fee mentioned above for all full-priced items, including those purchased with a discount code or during a flash sale.

    -Any sale* item(s) are eligible for store credit only. Sale items are all discounted items within our 'Sale' tab.

    -We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, nippies, body chains, and sale items marked FINAL SALE.

    -Returns that don’t comply with Thistle and Spire's returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

    -If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for refund or store credit and place a new order.

    -If you place an order with a promotion and later return it and reorder another size, we will honor the promotional price. Please reach out to support@thistleandspire.com to have your order price adjusted within 24 hours of placing a re-order.
